1. Pranim i Kushteve
Duke hyrë ose përdorur faqen e internetit të ofruar nga Rudieta eServices L.L.C. ("Kompania", "ne", "ynë", "na"), ju pranoni të jeni të lidhur me këto Kushte të Shërbimit ("Kushtet") dhe të gjitha ligjet dhe rregulloret në fuqi në Republikën e Kosovës dhe ndërkombëtarisht.
Nëse nuk pajtoheni me ndonjë nga këto Kushte, ju ndalohet të përdorni ose të keni qasje në këtë faqe.
2. Rreth Rudieta-s
Rudieta është aktualisht një faqe prezantuese e përkohshme që detajon shërbimet dhe produktet e ardhshme. Ne ofrojmë përditësime përmes regjistrimit në buletinin tonë të lajmeve dhe pranojmë bakshishe ose kontribute financiare vullnetare për të mbështetur operacionet tona.
3. Regjistrimi në Buletinin e Lajmeve
Për t'u abonuar në buletinin tonë, duhet të jepni një adresë emaili të vlefshme. Ju pajtoheni të merrni komunikime marketingu dhe përditësime të produkteve nga ne. Mund të çregjistroheni në çdo kohë duke përdorur linkun e përfshirë në emaile.
4. Mbështetja Vullnetare & Bakshishet
Nëse zgjidhni të na mbështesni duke transferuar fonde (duke përdorur detajet bankare të ofruara në faqen tonë të bakshisheve), ju pranoni dhe pajtoheni se:
- Të gjitha pagesat e transfertave bankare, pagesat SEPA, ose transfertat lokale në Kosovë janë bakshishe mbështetëse vullnetare.
- Këto pagesat janë **plotësisht të pakthyeshme** dhe nuk ju japin asnjë pronësi, aksione, shërbime ekskluzive, apo dërgesa të drejtpërdrejta në Rudieta eServices L.L.C.
- Ju jeni përgjegjës për çdo tarifë të aplikuar nga banka juaj ose ofruesi i shërbimit të pagesave gjatë transfertës.
5. Të Drejtat e Pronësisë Intelektuale
I gjithë përmbajtja në këtë faqe interneti, duke përfshirë por pa u kufizuar në logon, grafikat, tekstin, paraqitjen, dizajnet dhe kodin, është pronë intelektuale e Rudieta eServices L.L.C. dhe mbrohet nga ligjet e të drejtës së autorit, markave tregtare dhe ligjeve të tjera të pronësisë intelektuale të Kosovës dhe traktateve ndërkombëtare.
